I already have a domain name registered. How do I transfer it to AMRAY to use your services?
From the AMRAY home page (www.domainwebhostingetc.com), click on the "Transfer" link. This will take you to the page that will guide you through the steps you would have to take to transfer your domain name.

My domain is already registered with OpenSRS. Can I still get hosting from AMRAY?
Of course, you can! Check out our hosting plans and choose the one that suites you best. We will be glad to host your website for you.

I don't want AMRAY's services, but I would like to take advantage of OpenSRS's low-cost registration. Can I do that?
Yes, you can!

My domain is already hosted by AMRAY, but it is registered with another registrar. Can I transfer my domain registration to OpenSRS?
You will have the option to transfer the registration of your domain to OpenSRS at the time you renew your domain.

What's the difference between an OpenSRS registered domain name and a Network Solutions (NSI) registered domain name?
There's no difference between a name registered with OpenSRS and a name registered with Network Solutions. The only difference is the cost of the registration. Network Solutions will charge you $35 US whereas to register with OpenSRS (through AMRAY) may cost you between $12 and $15 US with web hosting order.

How much does it cost to transfer my domain name to AMRAY?
It's free if there are no complications attached to transfer of your domain name to our server.

If I transfer my domain name to AMRAY, how long will I have your service for?
For as long as your domain name is in the registry or until the time of expiration and renewal of the domain name registration application.

What services do I receive if I transfer my domain name to AMRAY?
You can choose from a variety of our hosting plans or we can just park your domain.

How long does it normally take to transfer a domain name?
It normally takes 2-24 hours to successfully transfer your domain to our servers.

Does this mean that I am transferring ownership of the domain to AMRAY?
Absolutely not! When you transfer your domain to AMRAY, the only changes to your domain are the Name Server settings and the Technical Contact information. You are still the owner of your domain.
