on sites hosted by AMRAY, we'll personally
report you to authorities. Also, there is
no place for Hate Sites on our server.
1. AMRAY considers
Adult and Gambling sites to be high volume
income money making commercial enterprises
that should pay for the privilege to be
hosted at higher rates for services than
some Joe or Jane and their amateur, non
profit, personal homepage site.
2. Only newly developed personal Adult and
Gambling sites are conditionally permitted
to use our discounted Web Hosting prices
3. Single page on site should not exceed
250k. No more than total of 1,000MB of AVI,
MPEG, MPV, MOV, and any of sound formats
files allowed whereas maximum size of such
a file must NOT exceed 10MB.
4. First 10GB of Transfer per month are
free. Charge of $5.00 per every 2GB over
10GB will applied to your account
5. Hosting charges for Adult and Gambling
sites set at $20.00 per month include 10,000MB
of space, 10 mail boxes, CGI< PHP, 1
MySQL DB and SSI. Services must be paid
by Money Order, PayPal or by Credit Card
in advance
6. A minimum term is 3 months. $40.00 one
time setup fee payment, must be made at
the time of account activation
7. AMRAY reserves the right to suspend any
account hosted on our servers that violate
our rules and ToS
at any time, and to cancel Adult and Gambling
sites services without advanced notice or
explanation.
8. All Adult and Gambling sites hosted by
AMRAY are subject to Terms of Service
